What incentives are offered with your lots?
Incentives vary from time to time depending on
the current market conditions, however all lots are presented to
the market with a front landscape “starter package” and timber lap
boundary fencing included in the sale price (subject to conditions).
This is to ensure that the overall presentation of Kingston is maintained
at a high level.
What restrictions are on the lots in the estate?
There is a list of Building
Design Guidelines for the estate that sets out the special covenants
on the lots which are mutual obligations between the purchaser and
the developers of Kingston. This is to ensure that purchasers can
build their residence with the confidence that the high standards
of development will be maintained over time.
What facilities are present and proposed
for Kingston?
At present, Kingston is just over halfway through
the development process. There is a primary school currently under
construction and due to be opened in 2009. There are preliminary
plans in place for a retirement village to be commenced in 2008/2009.
A commercial site at the entry to the estate which includes the
Supa Deli to be developed as the area demands it. An extensive dual
use path network throughout the estate with linkages to the Leschenault
Leisure Centre. The estate has almost a quarter of its land set
aside as parklands or recreation reserves.
What facilities are in place for kids?
The estate has two playgrounds currently constructed
with swings and slides along with extensive sand play areas. The
central parklands have large areas of kick around space. There is
an extensive dual use path network for riding and skating. The path
network links to the Leschenault Leisure Centre for access without
having to cross any major roads external to the estate.
